My Journey: From Zero to Exit (and Back Again)

I’m a founder at heart. I built TekDog Inc. from the ground up, scaling it to over 1,000 global clients and a successful acquisition. While running that, I launched Vandemic, a luxury manufacturing business that hit $2M+ in revenue by applying the same systematic optimization I use in software.

I’ve proven that I don’t have to choose between leading and building—I do both. I’ve reduced production cycle times by 90% and delivered products with 4.8+ customer satisfaction ratings. I don't wait for perfect information; I move.

Currently, I’m using BlackProject.ai as my personal innovation lab. I live in tools like Claude, OpenAI, and Google AI every day, building production-ready automation because I’m obsessed with making development faster and smarter.
